01 Pick from the shelf
Choose the products you want and send us the list. If you are not sure which fits, ring the shop — we will tell you in five minutes, for free, and we will say so if the answer is nothing we sell.
02 Confirm and book
We reply the same working day with a date, a written specification and an invoice for 50%. That document is one page long. The balance is due on delivery.
03 We make it
Shoot at our Bermondsey studio, at your premises anywhere inside the M25, or entirely by post if it is product photography. You get a named contact and a date, not an account manager and a hope.
04 Delivered, rights included
Files arrive in a shared folder in every format you need, with 24 months of usage rights as standard. One revision round is included on everything, no arguments.

The studio
A working shop, not a showroom.
Our unit on Bermondsey Street is a proper production space: cyclorama wall, two lighting rigs, a small kitchen set for food and drink, and a bench where product gets prepped before it goes in front of a lens.
You are welcome to sit in on the shoot, or to hand over a box of samples and get on with your day. Most customers do the second, and about a third have never met us in person — which we take as a compliment to the process rather than a failure of hospitality.
We are five people. A photographer, a filmmaker, an editor, a writer and someone who answers the phone and keeps the diary honest. That is deliberately the whole company.

Questions
Asked over the counter, most weeks.
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The number on the shelf is the number on the invoice, excluding VAT. The only things that move it are extras you actively add — a rush slot, a second location, perpetual rights — and all of those are priced on this page too. We have never sent a customer an unexpected line item.
What if my job does not fit a product?
Ring us. Roughly one enquiry in six is genuinely bespoke, and we will quote it as a one-off with the same clarity: fixed number, fixed date, one page. If it is not something we do well, we will say so and usually point you at someone who does.
How fast can you turn something around?
Ten working days as standard, from the shoot day or from the signed-off brief for written work. A rush slot brings that down to four working days for an extra 35%, subject to what is already in the diary. We confirm rush availability within two hours during opening times.
Do I have to come to the studio?
No. We shoot anywhere inside the M25 at no extra travel cost, and for product photography you can simply post samples to Bermondsey Street. Outside London we charge travel at cost and tell you the figure before you commit.
What rights do I get?
Twenty-four months of unlimited commercial use across all channels, including paid media, on every order as standard. Perpetual worldwide rights are £300 and can be added at any time, including years later.
Do you do retainers or monthly packages?
No, deliberately. Retainers reward the agency for slow months and punish the client for busy ones. Repeat customers get a standing slot in our diary and priority on rush requests, which is the useful half of a retainer without the commitment.
How do I pay?
Fifty per cent on booking, fifty on delivery, by bank transfer or card. We are VAT registered and invoices are issued on the day of order. No deposits are taken until a date is confirmed in writing.
